Finding peace and calmness in the troubles that surround us, is not easy. Fear is often present.<br /> However if we practice a consciousness of Christ in our lives, everyday, this will bring peace and calmness so we can recognise there is no need to be afraid.<br /> God is always present whether we are conscious of it or not.
